Software as a Service Agreement

The master service agreement governing the use of Undersight services. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions between Undersight Inc. (Provider) and our customers, including definitions, service access, use restrictions, fees, confidentiality, intellectual property, warranties, indemnification, and liability limitations.

Service Level Agreement

Our commitment to service availability, maintenance, and support. This SLA includes:

  • Schedule 2 (Availability SLA): 95% uptime commitment and exclusions
  • Schedule 3 (Maintenance SLA): Update and upgrade procedures
  • Schedule 4 (Support SLA): Helpdesk availability and response times by severity
